This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the costing and management accounting function, provide strategic financial insights, and lead a team of finance professionals. The successful candidate will work closely with operational stakeholders to improve profitability, drive efficiencies, and support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Manage the costing and management accounting function Prepare and analyse cost reports and profitability assessments Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Lead and develop a finance team and direct reports Oversee accounts payable and creditor functions Monitor financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities Partner with operational teams to improve efficiencies Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance Job Experience and Skills Required Qualifications CA(SA), CIMA, or BCom Honours Degree Experience 2-3 years' management experience Experience managing direct reports Strong background in costing and management accounting Exposure to accounts payable and creditors Experience within logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related industry would be advantageous Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent leadership and people management skills Commercial and operational mindset Advanced financial reporting and costing expertise Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Apply Now!
