Our client is a well-established organisation seeking a Senior Accountant to take ownership of key financial and payroll functions within a fully remote environment. Minimum Requirements BCom Degree in Accounting 5–8 years’ relevant accounting experience Manufacturing experience would be advantageous Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting and financial functions Oversee the full payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing Prepare financial reports, reconciliations and management information Manage month-end and year-end accounting processes Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with relevant requirements Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on financial and payroll matters Take ownership of tasks and deliverables with minimal supervision Key Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy Self-motivated and highly disciplined Confident decision-maker with a hands-on approach Resilient and able to work effectively under pressure Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent time management and organisational skills Ability to work independently and take full ownership It's just you, numbers and an opportunity to make an impact in the business.
