Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports Drive detailed product and operational costing analysis Monitor manufacturing costs, margins, and profitability trends Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Provide financial and operational analysis to support strategic decision-making Evaluate and monitor CAPEX projects and investment performance Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements Develop financial models and business performance reports Partner with operations and production teams to improve efficiencies Assist with variance analysis and management reporting Job Experience and Skills Required BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Honours Degree advantageous 3-5 years' relevant experience in a Management Accounting role Manufacturing industry experience is essential Strong costing and inventory accounting experience Proven experience with financial analysis and reporting Exposure to CAPEX planning, reporting, and evaluation Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering abilities This opportunity offers exposure to a dynamic manufacturing environment where your financial expertise will directly influence operational performance and strategic growth.
