Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a technical support, application support, or systems administration role. Troubleshooting: Strong logical troubleshooting skills with a background in testing, diagnosing, and resolving software or system errors. Databases: Practical exposure to relational databases (SQL or similar) for querying and data analysis. Software Aptitude: Basic proficiency or familiarity with at least one high-level programming language (e.g., C, .NET, Java, Python) to read logs, debug, or understand code behaviour. Communication: Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical users.
