A leading production and processing business is recruiting a highly skilled Cost Accountant to take ownership of cost accounting across the multiple sites. This is a hands-on operational finance role where your insights will influence plant performance, cost efficiency and commercial decision-making across large-scale production environments. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field CIMA-qualified, near completion, or extensive cost accounting experience in manufacturing/production Cost accounting ownership across two milling/production sites Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost controls and financial process improvement Strong analytical, problem-solving and commercial mindset with high attention to detail Ability to partner with plant management, challenge cost assumptions and drive practical solutions Leadership experience or readiness to manage assistant accountants and inventory controllers; Navision advantageous As Specialist Recruiters for professionals in your industry, we are well geared to represent your best career interests.
