Kiabukwe area, Haut-Lomami province - Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC): If you are an experienced Crop farm manager with the relevant knowledge and skills and ‘ownership’ mentality this senior position could be for you. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous Min of 5 years relevant field farming/farm management experience Experience in managing the size and complexity of the operation. Excellent communication & data management skills. Excellent problem-solving & attitude. Must exhibit excellent operational problem-solving skills; focusing on solutions and proactively finding solutions.
