Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Tester to join their growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of the company’s software products and business solutions. Working closely with Engineering and Product teams, the ideal candidate will identify, document, and escalate technical issues while contributing to the continuous enhancement of testing practices and quality standards. The technology stack includes Python, PHP, Flutter, Angular, and AWS . Key Duties & Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements. Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks and pipelines. Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications to validate functionality, usability, and performance. Identify, document, prioritise, and track defects using established bug-tracking tools. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle. Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains unaffected following enhancements, fixes, or deployments. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback relating to testability, quality, and risk. Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and potential system vulnerabilities. Monitor testing outcomes and provide clear, actionable feedback to development teams. Continuously improve testing methodologies, processes, and quality assurance practices. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a QA Tester , Software Tester, or similar quality assurance role. Strong experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Hands-on experience with: Functional testing, including UI/UX validation Non-functional testing, including performance and usability testing Regression testing Exploratory testing Experience managing defects using tools such as JIRA , Sentry , or similar platforms. Proficiency with Git and Git branching strategies. Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and testing workflows. Experience developing and executing automated test scripts using Python , Dart , or related programming languages. Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks, including Postman and Flutter integration testing tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Advantageous Experience working with the Flutter Framework . Exposure to Flutter concepts and tools such as: Stacked Architecture Hot Reload Hot Restart Experience testing cloud-based applications hosted on AWS .
