An established business in the renewable energy sector is looking for a reliable Courier & Dispatch Clerk to join the team in Nelspruit. Duties / Key Responsibilities Receive and check incoming goods and supporting paperwork. Pick, pack and dispatch customer, delivery and courier orders accurately. Prepare waybills, invoices and supporting delivery documents. Photograph courier and delivery items where required. Track dispatched parcels and keep shipment statuses updated. Work closely with sales, warehouse teams and other branches. Load and offload goods safely and correctly. Assist with stock counts, inventory controls and discrepancy reporting. Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with safety standards. Support service improvements and help identify better ways of working. Requirements At least 2 years’ retail warehouse experience . Good knowledge of picking, packing, dispatch and courier processes. Experience working on a product or stock ERP system . Computer literate with good MS Office skills. Renewable energy, electrical or lighting product knowledge would be an advantage. Able to work accurately in a busy, deadline-driven environment Education National Senior Certificate / Grade 12.
