A leading pharmaceutical company has a position for an HR Administrator to provide end to end HR admin support to the HR team for a fixed term period. The duration of the contract is six months. HR Admin Load new HR Vendors and generate purchase orders for all vendors that fall under PO based vendors on SAP/COMET and manage process end to end. Issue PPR for Invoices to Finance for payment and follow up appropriately. Create and update personnel files for new or existing hires. Prepare and submit payroll input monthly. Administer leave system, UIF and issuing of HR documents (i.e. confirmation letters etc.) Manage and support HR events (Wellness Day, Mandela Day, Lunch & Learns) Assist with the day-to-day HR administration of employee life cycle e.g.: onboarding, induction exit, absence management, payroll, benefits, health and safety. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personal information, employment history, training records and benefits enrolment; ensure that all data is stored on the HR shared drive. Update and maintain HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Respond to colleague inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs, and direct inquiries to the appropriate HR representative as needed (whilst we await the full incorporation of HR Shared Services in South Africa) Answer all HR administration-related queries from colleagues and managers. Serve as member of the Employment Equity committee Compliance Support HR audits including Department of Employment inspections and BBBEE. Maintain accurate filing of employee records and ensure storage of such is in line with POPIA and company Privacy processes. Facilitate compliance requests and serve as Compliance Steward for HR function. Ensure that all HR vendors have updated contracts with the correct SPA and PIA completed. Education and Experience Requirements: Matric. Diploma or Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent. SAP knowledge will be an advantage. Excellent proficiency MS office packages (MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams and Outlook) At least 3 years’ experience in HR Administration derived from a progressive /multinational Company.
