My Client based in Bedforview is seeking an Exports Clerk to be apart of their dynamic team. Minimum requirements: Minimum NQF level 6 and Maritime experience. Strong Computer skills and communication SkillsProfessional Candidate to deal with third parties at all levels Duties: Capture / processing of export bookings on SOL confirming to shippers. Broadcasting notices to shippers for export matters e.g. stack dates. Monitor bookings and vessel stacks. Complete preloading process for vessels. Receive and on pass Shipping Instructions to the Mapping division for data capture. Proofreading and amendments to bill of lading data. Obtaining relevant shipping customs documents (cargo dues order/export bill of entry) from shippers.
