We are on the hunt for a commercially minded and innovative Digital Transformation Manager to lead the adoption, optimisation, and strategic use of digital platforms across a fast-paced, growth-focused organisation. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the organisation's digital platform and application portfolio. Drive digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, productivity, customer engagement, and business outcomes. Evaluate, implement, and optimise technologies including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, AI solutions, collaboration tools, and operational systems. Work closely with customer-facing teams to maximise CRM utilisation, customer insights, and user adoption. Analyse business and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas. Translate data and platform performance metrics into actionable business recommendations. Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies, AI solutions, and automation opportunities. Lead the implementation and optimisation of AI-powered tools across business operations. Partner with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure technology solutions align with regulatory requirements. Manage relationships with technology vendors and external service providers. Monitor platform performance, user engagement, adoption rates, and business impact. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology partners to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption. Provide ongoing strategic insight and recommendations regarding digital innovation and operational improvement opportunities. Minimum Requirements 3 to 5 years' experience in a Digital Transformation, Product Owner, Product Management, Business Technology, CRM, or similar role. Proven experience managing and optimising digital platforms, business systems, or enterprise applications. Strong understanding of CRM platforms and customer-centric business processes. Experience with reporting, analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven decision making. Exposure to AI tools, automation technologies, and digital transformation initiatives. Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for operational and business improvement. Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous improvement. Advantageous Experience Financial services, fintech, trading, contact centre, sales, or high-volume customer environments. Customer experience (CX), customer journey optimisation, or digital service delivery initiatives.
