Manage, customize, and optimize the Zoho platform to support business operations, automate processes, and improve system efficiency. Willing for a 3 month contract with possibility of renewal or permanent Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Zoho applications (CRM, Recruit, Desk, Analytics, etc.). Configure workflows, automation, dashboards, and reports. Develop custom solutions using Deluge scripting. Integrate Zoho with third-party systems and APIs. Provide user support, training, and system documentation. Identify and implement process improvements. Job Experience and skill required 3+ years' experience working with Zoho applications. Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho ecosystem. Experience with Deluge scripting, workflows, and integrations. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
