About this role
An established organisation operating within the construction and civil engineering sector is seeking an experienced Contracts Project Manager to join its project environment in Belgium. The successful candidate will provide contractual and commercial support throughout the full project lifecycle, from tender and contract review through project execution, change management and final close-out. This position requires a commercially astute construction professional with strong contractual knowledge, site exposure and the ability to work closely with project teams, legal stakeholders, subcontractors and clients. Minimum requirements: Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Previous site-based construction experience Proven experience in construction contract management Experience with variations, claims, contractual changes and subcontract agreements Strong contractual and commercial understanding of construction projects Fluent in French – essential Good working proficiency in English – essential Dutch advantageous, but not required Strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder-management skills Willing and able to work in Belgium Please note: Candidates who do not meet the essential qualification, construction experience and French-language requirements will not be considered.
