We’re on the hunt for a proactive, self‑driven individual who thrives on solving problems and building smarter ways of working. This isn’t a “sit quietly and shuffle papers” role, you’ll be in the thick of it, helping us streamline workflows, boost productivity, and harness the power of Google Workspace and AI‑powered reporting tools. Key Responsibilities: Google Workspace Mastery: Provide internal support for Google Apps (Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.) and optimize how our teams use them. AI‑Enhanced Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for tech queries, leveraging automation and AI tools to troubleshoot with a “can‑do” attitude. Intelligent Tool Building: Assist in developing internal tools, automated workflows, and AI‑driven solutions that make operations smarter. Data Integrity & Insights: Manage and report on data, ensuring leadership has accurate, real‑time insights powered by advanced analytics. Job Experience and Skills Required: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Excel & Google Sheets Expertise: Comfortable with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and ideally Google Sheets’ ArrayFormula. Self‑Motivation: You don’t wait to be told-you see a problem and design a solution. Communication: Ability to explain technical and AI‑driven solutions clearly to non‑technical colleagues. SQL: Basic querying skills. Power BI / DAX: Experience building or maintaining dashboards. Reporting Platforms: Exposure to Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools. Google Apps Script & AI Automation: Experience scripting or integrating AI into workflows is a strong advantage. Apply now!
