An established private hospital is seeking an experienced Theatre Scrub Nurse who is ready to take the next step into leadership, or a current Shift Leader looking for a broader management opportunity. This role offers the chance to lead a busy theatre environment, work closely with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams, influence patient safety standards and develop a high-performing nursing team.
