Our client in Meyerton is looking for a Branch Manager Salary R30K - R45K depending on Experience Experience in a steel/ Mesh industry a must Key Responsibilities Operational Management Manage day-to-day branch operations, including sales, installations through subcontractors, stock and customer service. Achieve sales, production and installation targets. Manage branch budgets, costs and profitability. Monitor and report on key branch KPIs. Sales & Customer Service Drive sales through effective quoting, follow-up and relationship management. Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly. Maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors and suppliers. Stock Control Manage stock levels, ordering, stocktakes and reconciliations. Minimise stock losses, shrinkage and stockouts. Liaise with suppliers on availability, pricing and deliveries. People Management Lead, supervise and motivate branch staff. Manage performance, leave, absenteeism and scheduling. Promote a positive and productive working environment. Health & Safety / Compliance Ensure compliance with the OHS Act and company policies. Maintain a safe working environment for employees, contractors and customers. Ensure operational procedures and standards are consistently followed. Administration Ensure accurate invoicing, banking, reporting and record-keeping. Prepare required sales, stock and financial reports. Maintain accurate branch documentation and filing systems. Requirements Grade 12 / Matric; relevant tertiary qualification advantageous. 3–5 years' experience in branch, operations, sales or general management. Proven experience in staff, stock, customer and financial management. Strong leadership, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. Results-driven with strong commercial and customer focus.
