Are you a CA(SA) ready to take ownership of a complex, multi-entity finance function within a dynamic and growing organisation? Our client is looking for an experienced Group Financial Manager to lead group reporting, consolidation and statutory compliance across a diverse portfolio of entities and international operations. This is a high-impact senior finance role suited to a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in complexity, enjoys working across multiple entities and can confidently engage with senior stakeholders across different countries. Key Responsibilities Lead the Group financial reporting and consolidation process across 20–30 entities Prepare and oversee complex group consolidations Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual reporting Manage statutory reporting and compliance across multiple jurisdictions Coordinate financial information from different international countries and entities Partner with international stakeholders and senior management Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, legislation and Group policies Drive strong financial controls, governance and reporting disciplines Review financial results and provide meaningful insights to executive management Support the Group with technical accounting matters and reporting requirements Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, controls and efficiencies Manage and develop finance teams while working cross-functionally across the organisation What We're Looking For CA(SA) – Essential 5–7 years' management experience Strong experience in Group Financial Management / Group Reporting Proven experience managing multiple entities and complex consolidations Strong statutory reporting experience Exposure to international entities and stakeholders Excellent technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment Industry Experience Experience within Engineering, Mining or Manufacturing will be highly advantageous, although strong candidates from other industries will be considered.
