Are you a CA(SA) with solid financial management experience and a strong understanding of the property sector? Our client is looking for an accomplished Financial Controller to take ownership of key financial reporting and control functions within a dynamic property environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full financial reporting and control function Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports Manage month-end and year-end close processes Ensure strong financial controls and compliance across the business Review and analyse financial performance and provide insights to management Manage budgets, forecasts and variance analysis Oversee reconciliations, cash flow and working capital Assist with statutory reporting, audits and year-end processes Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies Partner with operational and senior management teams Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function Minimum Requirements CA(SA) – Essential 3–5 years' relevant post-qualification experience Property industry experience – Essential MDA experience – Non-negotiable MRI experience will be advantageous Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
