Our client is looking for a hands-on, commercially minded finance professional with 6+ years' experience, strong accounting and auditing exposure, and some management experience. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the full finance function Manage monthly accounting processes and month-end close Prepare and review monthly management accounts Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy Manage accounts payable, receivable and general ledger functions Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor working capital Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Manage audit processes and liaise with external auditors Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Prepare financial reports for management Identify and implement improvements to finance processes and controls Supervise, mentor and support finance staff Assist management with financial analysis and decision-making Minimum Requirements Degree or National Diploma in Accounting/Finance 6+ years' relevant experience Articles completed will be highly advantageous Strong full-function accounting experience Previous auditing experience Some management/supervisory experience Strong technical accounting and reporting skills Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
