To facilitates and develops a close relationship between Standard Bank of South Africa (SBSA), the estate agent and/or developers to ensure that all potential buyers are referred to SBSA. To proactively sell SBSA home loan products to new property buyers through dedicated estate agents/developers to maximise our market share and grow the Banks home loan book. To provide training and support to the estate agents/developers with a view to achieve our desired market share. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Essential Educational Qualifications: National Qualifications Framework (NQF) Level 6 or above Secondary/High School/A Levels/Matric or equivalent qualification Professional Experience Minimum 3-4 years of demonstrated experience in Personal and Private Banking Substantial experience in home loans and related financial products Proven leadership experience with measurable outcomes Behavioural Competencies (Essential) Adopting Practical Approaches Rigorous Attention to Detail and Checking Procedures Conveying Self-Confidence and Professional Authority Embracing Change and Organisational Transformation Exploring Possibilities and Strategic Thinking Strict Adherence to Procedures and Compliance Effective Interpersonal and Stakeholder Engagement Disciplined Task Management and Execution Consistent Output Delivery and Performance Standards Conflict Resolution and Mediation Collaborative Team Working and Leadership Upholding Organisational Standards and Integrity Technical Competencies (Essential) Comprehensive Knowledge of Banking Processes and Procedures Advanced Customer Understanding in Business Banking Strong Financial Acumen and Commercial Awareness Proficiency in Financial Analysis and Interpretation Expert-level Product and Services Knowledge Demonstrated Risk Awareness and Management Capability in Risk Identification and Mitigation
