A prestigious and well-established vineyard in the heart of Franschhoek is seeking a highly analytical Costing Analyst to join their finance team. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and monitor product costing models across vineyard and production operations. Analyse production, operational, and manufacturing costs to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities. Prepare detailed cost reports and profitability analyses for management. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Assist in the development and implementation of costing policies, procedures, and internal controls. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Cost & Management Accounting, or a related field. CIMA qualification or studies towards CIMA will be highly advantageous. Minimum 3 years' experience Experience within agriculture, manufacturing, FMCG, wine production, or a production-driven environment will be advantageous.
