Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the finance function and finance team. Provide strategic financial insight and support to management. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Oversee management accounts, reporting, and financial analysis. Manage working capital, cash flow, debtors, and creditors. Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and procedures. Partner with operational teams to support business growth and commercial objectives. Analyse business performance and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation Job Experience and Skills Required: Qualified CA(SA). Minimum 4 years' post-articles experience. Proven management experience. Strong commercial acumen and business partnering skills. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Syspro experience advantageous. Experience within logistics, distribution, supply chain, or a fast-paced commercial environment beneficial. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
