Join a respected healthcare organisation in Pretoria East as a Finance Manager and play a key role in supporting business performance through accurate reporting, strong controls, and strategic financial insight. A well-established and reputable healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its finance team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of financial reporting and statutory accounting processes while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled finance professional who enjoys working in a structured and commercially focused environment, combining strong IFRS knowledge with practical business support and financial leadership. Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial reporting and statutory accounting requirements. Prepare and review accurate monthly and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with IFRS and all relevant statutory requirements. Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes. Review balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Support the preparation of consolidated financial information. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on financial reporting matters. Coordinate external audit processes and ensure timely resolution of audit queries. Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, financial controls, and efficiencies. Provide meaningful financial insights to support business decision-making Job Experience and Skills Required: CA(SA) qualification is essential. Minimum 2 years' commercial experience required. Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and statutory accounting. Proven financial reporting experience within a commercial environment. Consolidation experience will be advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment. Candidates based in Pretoria, Centurion, or Midrand will be advantageous. Apply now!
