A leading and rapidly growing fintech organisation is seeking a Junior Finance Manager to join its high-performing finance team. This opportunity is ideal for a recently qualified CA(SA) who is looking to transition from a Big 4 environment into a dynamic, technology-driven business. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, controls, stakeholder engagement, commercial finance initiatives, and supporting strategic decision-making within a fast-paced fintech environment. Minimum Requirements Qualified CA(SA) Completed articles with a Big 4 audit firm 1 to 3 years post-articles experience Strong exposure to financial services, fintech, banking, payments, investment management, lending, or digital finance clients during articles Advanced knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and financial reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience working with large data sets and financial modelling Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly management accounts Assist with annual financial statements and statutory reporting Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Drive improvements in financial controls and reporting efficiencies Analyse financial performance and provide commercial insights Partner with operational and executive stakeholders across the business Assist with audit, tax, and regulatory compliance requirements Support strategic projects and business growth initiatives Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a highly driven individual who demonstrates: Strong financial acumen and attention to detail Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills Commercial mindset with a passion for innovation Ability to thrive in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities Interest in financial technology and digital transformation What Our Client Offers Exposure to a leading fintech environment Strong career growth opportunities High-performing and collaborative culture Competitive remuneration package Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership Apply now!
