Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the costing and management accounting function. Provide detailed financial reporting, costing analysis, and performance insights. Partner with operational teams to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Manage and develop a team of finance professionals. Deliver operational cost analysis across multiple business units. Oversee the Accounts Payable and Creditors functions. Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and compliance. Provide strategic financial recommendations to support business growth and profitability. Monitor business performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives Job Experience and Skills Required: Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Cost Control, Stock Control, or a similar role. Hospitality or manufacturing industry experience is essential. Strong inventory management and costing experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with Micros POS. Infor HOS and Sage X3 experience advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
