A well-established business is looking for an experienced Financial Accountant to join its finance team. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys taking ownership of the full finance function, has strong auditing exposure, and is ready to step into a role with leadership responsibility. Minimum Requirements: BCom Degree or National Diploma in Accounting/Finance Completed Articles advantageous 6+ years of relevant finance experience Experience managing the full finance function Strong auditing background Previous staff management or team leadership experience advantageous Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans) Must reside in or near Sandton Key Responsibilities: Manage the full finance function Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures Liaise with auditors and manage audit processes Monitor cash flow and financial performance Assist with team management and mentorship Drive continuous improvements within the finance department Stable and reputable organisation Opportunity to take ownership of the finance function Exposure to management responsibilities Growth potential within a professional environment If you're a driven finance professional looking for your next challenge, apply today with your updated CV.
