About this role
Assist with the servicing, maintenance and repair of diesel-powered and heavy-duty earthmoving equipment, ensuring machinery remains safe and operational. Requirements Grade 12 / Matric with Mathematics N1–N3 Mechanical Engineering 1–3 years’ workshop or mechanical experience Exposure to diesel engines and earthmoving equipment Basic servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs Basic knowledge of engines, hydraulics and electrical systems Technical qualification or Automotive/Diesel Mechanics course advantageous Trade Test or currently working towards one advantageous Valid driver’s licence Reliable, willing to learn and able to work under pressure and in a team By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and/or MPRTC’s clients and/or verification information suppliers.
