Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of the full accounting function and ensure the smooth running of daily financial operations. Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports. Manage and coordinate month-end and year-end reporting processes. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain the integrity of the general ledger. Ensure compliance with VAT requirements and statutory submissions. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives. Strengthen financial controls and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies. Assist management with financial insights to support informed business decisions. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures. Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the finance function Job Experience and Skills Required: BCom Accounting degree or equivalent qualification. Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles. 1-2 years' post-articles experience. Experience within a high-volume, fast-paced environment is essential. Strong financial reporting and reconciliation experience. Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial controls. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a demanding environment. Apply now!
