The organisation is looking for a Senior Financial Manager who can bring strong technical expertise together with a commercial and operational mindset. This role will suit a CA(SA) who enjoys analysing performance, challenging the status quo and using financial insights to influence business decisions. You will take ownership of key financial and commercial functions while partnering closely with operational stakeholders. You will play an important role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls, while also providing insight into pricing, margins, profitability and operational performance . This is a hands-on role in a high-energy environment, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys problem-solving and wants to see the direct impact of their financial input on the wider business. Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial reporting and ensure accurate, timely financial information Drive and strengthen internal financial controls and governance Analyse margins, profitability and overall business performance Develop and review pricing models to support commercial decision-making Provide financial insights to improve operational performance and profitability Partner with operational teams to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement Analyse variances and translate financial data into actionable business insights Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes Job Experience and Skills Required: CA(SA) qualification is essential 8+ years’ relevant post-qualification experience Strong financial reporting and internal controls experience Commercial and operational finance exposure Apply now!
