Key Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain business automation and enterprise software solutions Work across the full Software Development Lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions Develop and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems Design and implement REST APIs and microservice-based solutions Support the development and integration of AI-enabled functionality into business systems Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and resolve production issues in high-availability environments Contribute to development standards, version control practices, and deployment processes Identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and process improvement Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Diploma in Software Development, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Preferred: Degree in IT, Software Development, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline Experience: 3–6 years' software development experience Experience mentoring junior developers Practical experience with Artificial Intelligence and AI-enabled solutions Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments Technical Skills: C# and .NET Development Client Server, .NET Remoting, and Windows Services REST API Development Microservice Architecture XML and JSON Relational and Non-Relational Databases Message Brokers (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, AWS EventBridge, or similar) Cloud Platforms (Azure advantageous) Git Version Control Advantageous: Angular or React CI/CD Pipelines Azure DevOps Azure Durable Functions Elasticsearch Cosmos DB and MSSQL Additional Requirements: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Good understanding of database design and system architecture principles Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies Experience within finance, invoicing, claims, or insurance environments advantageous Apply now!
