Warehouse and Logistics Specialist Pretoria-East R35 000 - R45 000 (Depending on experience) URGENT!!!!!!!!! Minimum requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse, logistics, spare parts, or operations role, ideally in a technical or equipment-based environment Strong inventory and logistics management capability, including receiving, dispatch, and stock control Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail, particularly for stock accuracy and documentation Proven ability to manage multiple operational areas — inventory, dispatch, spare parts, and technical support coordination — simultaneously Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar ERP/CPQ systems, or a strong ability to learn quickly Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics or customs partners Comfortable handling technical equipment and hazardous materials (e.g. LiPo batteries) following safety protocols Manage full inventory in Salesforce, including receiving, stock counts, and order processing Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of drones, spare parts, batteries, and precision agriculture equipment Maintain accurate, real-time stock records and resolve discrepancies promptly Organize and optimize warehouse layout, including racking, bin locations, and management of slow-moving stock, to maximize space and picking efficiency Implement and follow a clear timeline and procedure for releasing stock after payment to ensure accurate picking and eliminate errors Prepare and dispatch orders, stock, and trailers for the sales and technical teams Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with couriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners Handle import/export documentation and coordinate with customs when needed Track shipments, investigate discrepancies, and raise and manage claims for missing or damaged inventory Manage spare parts stock, including invoicing, warranty tracking, disassembly, and write-offs in line with company procedure Record and track serial numbers for warranty, audit, and traceability purposes Support the technical team with equipment preparation and testing ahead of dispatch Handle hazardous materials (LiPo batteries) in line with safety protocols Maintain warehouse organization, safety standards, and cleanliness Support stock counts, audits, and reporting requirements from Finance Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accountability across the warehouse Maintain accurate operational records and administrative systems Liaise with Sales, Technical, and Finance teams on stock availability, delivery timelines, and order status Consultant: Vonne Scholtz - Dante Personnel Cape Town - Century City Apply via our website www.dantesa.co.za If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
