A leading infrastructure consultancy is seeking a Senior Engineer to support and lead pavement investigations, rehabilitation strategies, pavement design, and asset management projects. This role provides significant exposure to technical leadership, client engagement, and the delivery of large-scale road infrastructure programmes. You will work alongside highly respected industry professionals while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the future of South African transport infrastructure. BSc, BEng, or BTech in Civil Engineering Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or Professional Engineering Technologist SACPCMP registration advantageous Minimum 7 years' pavement engineering experience Extensive knowledge of pavement design and rehabilitation Strong understanding of SANRAL, TRH, TMH, COTO/COLTO standards Experience with pavement investigation and material characterisation Knowledge of lifecycle cost analysis and asset management principles Strong report writing and client engagement skills Experience with pavement design software and engineering modelling tools As Specialist Recruiters for professionals in your industry, we are well geared to represent your best career interests.
