An established organisation is seeking a detail-oriented Account Analyst to join its team in Johannesburg. This role offers the opportunity to work across finance, data analysis, reporting, compliance and stakeholder engagement, giving you valuable exposure to a unique and growing industry. Duties & Responsibilities: Process membership applications and respond to member queries Maintain accurate member records and registers Assist with member invoicing and debtor management Follow up on member tonnage declarations Capture and analyse tonnage data Prepare reports and financial information for management Support the Financial Manager with monthly management accounts Prepare interim and annual regulatory reports Assist with internal and external audits Assist with EPR fee collection and payment processes Perform reconciliations and identify discrepancies Ensure accurate and timeous reporting and submissions Qualifications & Skills: Matric / Grade 12 BCom or equivalent qualification Finance or Accounting modules advantageous 2–5 years’ experience in a finance-related role Proven reconciliation experience Strong accounting knowledge Strong Microsoft Excel skills Analytical and detail-oriented Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to meet deadlines and work independently If you’re ready to take your finance career into an opportunity where your financial expertise contributes to a more sustainable future, this could be the career move you’ve been waiting for.
