Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of the full accounting function. Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports. Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain the general ledger. Ensure compliance with VAT requirements and statutory submissions. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. Provide financial insights to support business decisions. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures. Drive process improvements within the finance function Job Experience and Skills Required: BCom Accounting degree or equivalent qualification. Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles. 1-2 years' post-articles experience. Experience within a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Strong financial reporting and reconciliation skills. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial controls. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities. Apply now!
