Senior Financial Manager | Up to R 2 000 000.00 | Kempton Park This is not just a reporting role — they are looking for a finance leader who understands the numbers, the operations behind them, and how to turn financial insight into commercial decisions. 🔥 THE OPPORTUNITY As Senior Financial Manager, you will play a key role across: 📊 Financial Reporting Ensure accurate, timely and high-quality financial reporting while providing meaningful insights to management. 🛡️ Internal Controls & Governance Strengthen financial controls, improve processes and ensure a robust control environment. 💰 Pricing & Margin Analysis Develop and analyse pricing models , monitor margins and identify opportunities to improve profitability. ⚙️ Operational Finance Work closely with operational teams to understand business performance, drive efficiencies and provide commercially focused financial guidance. 📈 Commercial Decision-Making Translate financial data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions. 🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR CA(SA) – Essential 8–13 years' relevant experience Strong financial reporting experience Solid understanding of internal controls Experience with pricing models and margin analysis Strong operational / commercial finance exposure A hands-on, analytical and commercially minded approach Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities Someone who can operate at both strategic and operational level If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
