If you need constant direction, this probably isn't the role for you — but if you take ownership, solve problems and trust yourself to get the job done, keep reading! 🚀 🔥 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You’ll take ownership of key accounting and payroll functions, including: 💰 Full Accounting Function Manage day-to-day accounting processes and ensure accurate financial information. 👥 Payroll – NON-NEGOTIABLE Handle payroll processing and related administration. Strong payroll experience is essential. 📊 Financial Reporting Prepare accurate reports and provide management with meaningful financial insights. 🧾 Pastel / Sage Payroll Work confidently on Pastel and/or Sage Payroll systems. 🔍 Reconciliations & Financial Controls Ensure accounts are properly reconciled, accurate and well controlled. 🏭 Manufacturing Exposure – Advantageous Experience within a manufacturing environment will give you a strong advantage. 🎯 WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS: B.Com qualified Has 5–8 years' relevant accounting experience Articles are NOT essential Has strong payroll experience – MUST HAVE Experienced with Pastel / Sage Payroll Comfortable working independently Tough-skinned, resilient and able to handle pressure A natural self-starter Accountable and deadline-driven Manufacturing experience advantageous If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
