Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records. Process and reconcile payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances. Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes. Maintain General Ledger transactions and supporting schedules. Support the preparation of management reports and financial information. Ensure all financial information is captured accurately and timeously. Assist with compliance and administrative finance functions. Collaborate with stakeholders while managing responsibilities independently in a remote environment. Qualifications & Experience: BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification is required. Minimum 3 years' accounting experience. Experience within a manufacturing environment will be advantageous but is not essential. Solid experience working on Pastel and/or Sage Payroll is essential. Payroll experience is non-negotiable. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical ability. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Resilient, professional, and comfortable operating in a demanding environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with exceptional time management abilities.
