FINANCIAL MANAGER | JOHANNESBURG NORTH CTC: Up to R960 000 p.a. Company and Job Description: A well-established organisation based in Johannesburg North is looking for an experienced Financial Manager to join its team. You will take responsibility for the full finance function , with particular emphasis on maintaining strong financial controls, overseeing debtors and creditors , and identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiencies. The business is open to both CA(SA) and non-CA(SA) professionals , making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who has built strong practical expertise throughout their career. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the full finance function Oversee and maintain effective debtors and creditors processes Manage month-end and financial reporting processes Ensure accurate reconciliations and general ledger control Maintain and strengthen financial controls Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis Provide accurate financial information to support business decision-making Work closely with operational and senior management Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Relevant Finance / Accounting qualification CA(SA) OR suitably experienced non-CA(SA) candidates will be considered Experience: CA(SA): approximately 3 years' relevant experience Non-CA(SA): approximately 10 years' relevant finance experience Strong full finance function exposure Solid debtors and creditors experience Proven experience identifying and implementing process improvements Bilingual Skills: Strong financial and operational accounting ability Financial controls and process optimisation Strong systems capability Kerridge and/or Syspro advantageous Apply now!
