Key Responsibilities: Manage the full accounting function and ensure the smooth running of daily finance operations. Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports. Coordinate month-end and year-end reporting processes. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain general ledger integrity. Ensure VAT compliance and manage statutory submissions. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Strengthen financial controls and identify opportunities for process improvement. Provide financial insights and support business decision-making. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and governance requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department Job Experience and Skills Required: BCom Accounting degree or equivalent qualification. Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles. 1-2 years' post-articles experience. Experience within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong financial reporting and reconciliation experience. Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Apply now!
