An established mining organisation is looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer to drive recruitment, talent acquisition and workforce planning across its operations. This role offers the opportunity to shape recruitment strategy, build talent pipelines, support succession planning and manage recruitment governance within a structured mining environment, while engaging with operational leaders, communities and key external stakeholders. Grade 12 (Matric) + bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Human Sciences, Business Administration, Labour Relations or Organisational Psychology 3–5 years’ HR experience with at least 3 years’ recruitment and talent acquisition experience Proven mining recruitment experience is essential, with deep-level or gold mining exposure highly advantageous Strong knowledge of workforce planning, recruitment strategy, succession planning, Employment Equity and recruitment governance Results-driven, credible and professional, with the resilience and stakeholder skills to recruit effectively within a demanding mining environment As Specialist Recruiters for professionals in your industry, we are well geared to represent your best career interests.
