About this role
We're expanding our civil construction leadership team and looking for a Construction Manager to drive medium-to-large scale infrastructure projects — from road upgrading and rehabilitation to bridges, stormwater, and water/sewer works. BSc / B-Tech / National Diploma in Civil Engineering Registration with ECSA or SACPCMP (Pr.Eng / Pr.CPM / Pr.CM) 10+ years' civil construction experience, including 6+ years in a managerial role Proven track record on medium-to-large scale roads, bridges, stormwater, or water/sewer projects, specifically RAL, SANRAL or provincial DPWRI work Strong contractual, commercial, and site resource management skills Solid grounding in construction programming, quality management, cost reporting, and stakeholder engagement As Specialist Recruiters for professionals in your industry, we are well geared to represent your best career interests.
