About this role
We're expanding our civil construction leadership team and looking for a Contracts Manager to drive medium-to-large scale infrastructure projects — from road upgrading and rehabilitation to bridges, stormwater, and water/sewer works. BSc / B-Tech / National Diploma in Civil Engineering Registration with SACPCMP ( Pr.CPM / Pr.CM) 10+ years in civil/roads contracting, with 5+ years specifically in a Contracts Manager Direct experience with public sector / government tender-based contracts — specifically RAL, SANRAL, provincial DPWRI, or municipal infrastructure agency work Proven track record managing gravel-to-tar road upgrades, road maintenance, and rehabilitation contracts Experience administering contracts under GCC (General Conditions of Contract), NEC3/NEC4, or FIDIC, GCC experience is especially valuable given RAL's standard contract form As Specialist Recruiters for professionals in your industry, we are well geared to represent your best career interests.
