Riverhorse Valley. A dynamic and well-established supplier to major retail chains is seeking a competent Clothing Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will coordinate orders and production processes, liaising closely with buyers, suppliers, factories, designers and QA to ensure orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate buyer projections, orders, costing and factory indents Check orders for accuracy, including delivery dates, pricing and colours Load orders and costings onto Swift and maintain accurate records Liaise with suppliers and factories regarding fits, lab dips, strike-offs, PPS / BPS and approvals Follow up on samples, approvals, amendments and re-submissions Communicate regularly with buyers, planners, factories and shipping teams Issue factory instructions, order copies and packing requirements Monitor production and upcoming deliveries, ensuring deadlines are met Assist with target reports and resolve queries relating to orders, packing lists and barcode labels Requirements: Previous experience in clothing coordination, merchandising or a similar role within the clothing manufacturing / retail / fashion industry Highly organised, detail-oriented and confident in managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders Apply: [email protected]
