Background: Excellent career opportunity within a manufacturing company for a Junior Maintenance Coordinator to coordinate quotations, supplier pricing, etc. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) Qualification in Office Administration, Business Administration, Mechanical/Refrigeration Engineering, or a related field will be advantageous 1 – 2 Years' administrative experience (maintenance or technical environment preferred) Proficient on Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word Experience working with ERP, job card, or maintenance management systems advantageous A valid driver's license advantageous Responsibilities: Adhere to the Company's Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and all company procedures Capture, update, and maintain job cards within the maintenance management system Follow up on outstanding quotations and Customer approvals Obtain Supplier quotations and pricing for parts and materials Assist in the preparation and compilation of Customer quotations Maintain quotation, purchase order, and job tracking registers Assist with creating and maintaining maintenance reports and documentation Coordinate communication between Suppliers, Subcontractors, Technicians, and Customers Assist with scheduling preventative maintenance and call-outs Ensure all maintenance documentation is complete, accurate, and filed electronically Monitor outstanding purchase orders and Supplier deliveries Follow up on Subcontractor quotations and documentation Support the Maintenance Manager with general administrative duties Develop and maintain filing systems for both electronic and hard-copy documentation Learn the company's maintenance processes, pricing structures, and quotation procedures Assist with continuous improvement initiatives within the Maintenance Department TO APPLY: Only if you meet the minimum job requirements and experience as mentioned above, you may submit a detailed updated CV.
