AGRICULTURAL MANAGER Bahrain area – Middle East: Our client is seeking an experienced, hands-on Agricultural Manager to take responsibility for an established and developing agricultural operation in Bahrain. Previous date palm experience is NOT essential. The client is focused on finding the right agricultural leader – someone with solid farming experience, strong people-management ability, practical agricultural knowledge, and, most importantly, an ownership mentality. Due to accommodation this would suit a single person MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Agricultural Diploma or Degree. Minimum of 3 years experience working in the Middle East. Computer literate. Valid Driver’s licence ( Preferably Heavy-duty licence ). Practically orientated, ‘Hands-on’ and physically fit; able to work in a hot and humid environment. Mechanically orientated. Good verbal and communication skills. Ability to speak English essential Able to work in a multicultural environment. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO Management of a labour force of app. 50 persons. Basic maintenance and upkeep of vehicles and equipment. Ensure compliance of Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
