About this role
This is an opportunity for an experienced Site Agent to take the lead on major roads, mass earthworks and civil infrastructure projects, with the responsibility to drive site delivery from the front. You’ll be working alongside established teams on complex, high-value projects where strong construction knowledge, leadership and decision-making are essential. SACPCMP professionally registered – PrCM / PrCM preferred 8+ years’ relevant experience in civil construction / site management Proven experience managing major, high-value civil construction projects Strong roads and civil infrastructure project experience, with mass earthworks and urban development highly advantageous Proven experience managing site teams, subcontractors, plant, resources and day-to-day construction activities Strong understanding of construction programmes, quality, safety and project delivery Experience on multiple projects with established civil construction contractors preferred Willing and able to work across Gauteng, Limpopo and Mpumalanga As Specialist Recruiters for professionals in your industry, we are well geared to represent your best career interests.
