Procurement Manager 📍 Western Cape, Somerset West, Northern Suburbs We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Procurement Manager to lead and manage the procurement function. ➡️Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a divisional procurement strategy aligned to business objectives. Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and quality. Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant legislation, regulations and company policies. Drive B-BBEE procurement initiatives and maintain supporting audit documentation. Monitor supplier performance and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services. Identify cost-saving opportunities through market analysis and procurement data insights. Manage supply chain and procurement risks through effective planning and mitigation strategies. ➡️Requirements Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification. CIPS qualification will be advantageous. ➡️➡️ Experience Minimum 8 years' procurement experience, preferably within the property management industry. Minimum 3 years' experience managing a procurement team. Strong supply chain and procurement knowledge. Proven contract negotiation and supplier management expertise. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational abilities. Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
