An established international group operating across multiple markets is looking for a Financial Controller / Accounting Manager to take ownership of its accounting function while playing a key role in strengthening controls, driving process improvements and supporting strategic financial decision-making. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take the lead across the accounting and financial control environment, ensuring strong governance, accurate reporting and compliance with both local and group requirements. Key Responsibilities: Leading the accounting function and overseeing the AP and AR teams Managing the financial reporting and month-end reporting process Driving a best-practice internal control environment and continuous improvement Reviewing and documenting business processes and identifying opportunities to streamline and automate Acting as the Finance super user for the organisation's integrated ERP environment Supporting ERP optimisation and finance-related implementation projects Job Experience and Skills Required: BCom Accounting / BCom Honours or equivalent Completed articles Minimum 2 years' relevant commercial experience Apply now!
