The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing group reporting processes, overseeing consolidations across multiple entities, and providing valuable financial insights to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage group consolidations across multiple business entities. Ensure compliance with IFRS, statutory regulations, and corporate governance requirements. Prepare and review annual financial statements. Drive reporting accuracy and ensure timely submission of financial information. Coordinate and manage the external audit process. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Provide technical accounting guidance and support across the group. Evaluate and strengthen internal controls and reporting processes. Partner with executive management by delivering insightful financial analysis and recommendations. Minimum Requirements Qualified CA(SA) . 3 to 7 years of post-articles experience. Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise. Proven experience with group consolidations. In-depth knowledge of IFRS and corporate reporting standards. Experience within a multi-entity or group environment will be advantageous. Advanced Excel capabilities. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Preferred Experience Exposure to listed entities or large group structures.
