About this role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory / Production / Maintenance Manager to join our team Qualification Matric Relevant qualification in Production Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field Food Safety Certification Requirements 3 – 5 Years' experience as a Factory Manager, Production Manager, or similar role within the FMCG food manufacturing industry. Packaging machine experience, from fill to seal Mechanical knowledge on bearings, conveyor belts, chains, enrobers, extruders, etc. Demonstrated ability to manage a workforce of approximately 200 employees. Good understanding of factory maintenance principles and equipment management. Sound knowledge of food manufacturing processes and quality standards. Production reports (yield management).
